Ally + Ben's Intimate Wedding at Portland Headlight in Cape Elizabeth
My favorite part of being a photographer is building lasting relationships with families that I get to work with over and over again. Photographing Ally & Ben’s wedding this fall was the perfect example of that as I got to spend the day with Ally and her amazing family which includes her sister, Michelle, who married Chris last year. Ally & Ben both got ready for the main event at Sable Oaks Marriott in South Portland before making their way to Maine’s picturesque coastline. Although the pandemic put a damper on their plans for a bigger party, it couldn’t stop the two love birds from marrying each other during an intimate ceremony in the Cliffside Plaza at Portland Headlight. With their loved ones standing nearby, they said their vows to each other and officially started their married life together. As we walked around the park together to capture their portraits, I was awestruck by just how adorable they were together. Always close, bubbly, and smiley. Calling them happy together would be an understatement.
