Lani & Nathan :: Backyard Wedding in Sugar Hill, New Hampshire

Lani and Nathan.... where do I even start? Honestly, I could gush about these two (and their amazing families) for pages and pages. Lani first contacted me about their wedding in her hometown of Sugar Hill, New Hampshire, last summer. Being a bride (and groom) planning from out of state, we spent a long time emailing back and forth about their vision for their day and, of course, about what their interests were (besides each other). They met while in the Caribbean, they both love the outdoors, they love their family.... oh, yes, and he's a (fantastic, super amazing) nature photographer. No pressure! But any pressure that I was feeling leading up to the day (and, yes, I was certainly feeling it) disappeared as soon as I met them. Nathan is a warm hearted guy deeply in love with the absolutely stunning Lani. They are both the most genuine people I have ever met. Together, they just glow. You could tell just by the way they looked at each other that they are bonded deep down.

And that is how the whole day was. Filled with this glow that emanated from all of their loved ones that traveled from far and wide to be there to witness the start of this new chapter. Coming home to Lani's hometown and the backyard of her parent's gorgeous home was a natural decision. The entire day fit them like a well worn, toasty winter glove.

Lani and Nathan (and family), thank you so much for letting me be a part of your day as your two families officially joined together. You are absolutely incredible individuals and a power house as you come together. I am incredibly honored to have been there to witness it. I cannot wait to see where your adventures take you next. I know it will be amazing.
